OUR SERVICES

CO-CREATION STARTER PROJECT
This service was created for organizations to experience a positive start to their Salesforce implementation while building capacity internally for future development.
Yurgosky commits a senior staff member for two hours per week over a period of five weeks, throughout which, a Yurgosky team member will
lead two hour workshops once a week with key members of the client team.
In the workshops, there will be hands-on creation
of the database. Between workshops, the client will be expected to hold their own meetings to discuss features, business processes, and key architecture decisions, guided by our templates, as well as
create documentation.

STRATEGY PROJECT
This service is ideal for a client who wants an objective
perspective, audit or recommendation for improvement
of business processes, or strategies.
This option is more consistent with typical consultant engagements offered by firms such as McKinsey or Deloitte and not necessarily tech-specific.
However, this option has also been very helpful as a pre-step for organizations who are looking to undertake a large scale project such as a database overhaul, redesign of a website or business pivot. The report includes a comprehensive analysis of different solutions, platforms, apps and processes.

TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
This is the most comprehensive of our services and most often entails customization of a CRM (usually Salesforce) for our clients.
There is a range of depth of our engagement from a relatively light customization of the Salesforce NPSP to very complex development, custom coding and app creation.
Technology development projects are not necessarily Salesforce specific and can include mobile app development, customization on other CRM platforms or writing code to meet a client’s technology needs.

SUPPORT PROJECT
Based on the needs of our clients, we offer 3 month, 6 month
or 1 year support contracts with various hours per month
determined by the client.
There is limited development involved and Yurgosky provides as-needed troubleshooting. If needed, clients can pull hours from successive months
within their contract.

APPLICATIONS
In addition to the services listed above, Yurgosky has developed
28 custom applications to enhance the capabilities of Salesforce.
The applications range from managing attendance,
to managing student college application processes
to tracking donations against different programs.
We give the most of these applications to our clients for free as part of a Co-Creation or Technology Development packages.
