Yurgosky offers extensive end-to-end services, enabling clients to define their strategies, develop and launch innovative applications and enable staff. These offerings are not mutually exclusive and, in fact, most of our clients start with one service and continue with additional services and support packages. We strive to be flexible and offer solutions that align with a diversity of budget sizes, organizational capacity and organizational need.
Strategy
A strategy project is ideal for a client who wants an objective perspective, audit or recommendation for improvement of their business processes, data and technology ecosystem. This option is more consistent with typical management consultant engagements rather than being tech-specific. However, this option has been very helpful as a precursor for organizations who want to undertake a large scale technology project such as a complete system overhaul, redesign of a website or a business pivot.
Best suited for organizations considering a large shift and want to do preliminary research and/or need significant buy-in from board, staff and/or funders. There is no development or technology involved with this option and clients can expect to receive a comprehensive “board-ready” report, recommendation and executive presentation.
Development
Development projects often entail customization of a CRM, data warehouse, marketing suite, integration platform or other database or application for a client. There is a range of our engagement from a relatively light configuration of Salesforce to very complex development of a custom application to give a client a strategic advantage.
All development projects include comprehensive discovery and design, development, testing, project management, business analysis, analytics, data migration and cleaning, training and enablement and communication.
Training & Enablement
From conducting multi-day on-site trainings to hosting training webinars across multiple field offices, our goal is to ensure smooth adoption and minimize disruption for your staff and organization. All of our training is customized to client-specific needs and tailored to your organization’s learning culture.
Whether we conduct in-person training, host live webinars or create step-by-step guided videos, a client’s personalized enablement plan is based on its unique business processes, user roles, skill gaps and preferences. Everything from content development, communication schedules, training delivery and staffing/roles is tailored to ensure adoption and success.
Co-Creation
This service was originally created for smaller organizations to be able to access tech development on a limited budget. We commit a senior staff member for two hours per week over a period of five to eight weeks. Throughout the engagement, a Yurgosky team member will lead two-hour workshops once a week with members of the client team.
In the workshops, we create key elements of the database together. Between workshops, the client will be expected to conduct their own meetings to discuss features and key process decisions, guided by our templates. This option is best for teams on limited budgets, with capacity to build “sweat equity” in the database and have relatively basic requirements.
Maintenance
This type of project ensures your system continuously operates. We analyze upcoming releases, monitor processes and prepare you for any changes to ensure nothing breaks. Note that new development and updates are not included in this service.
Support
Yurgosky offers 3-month, 6-month or 1-year support contracts, with the hours per month determined by the client’s needs. Support projects are designed to launch new systems (hypercare), support internal staff to manage a system and include tweaks to workflow, analytics development, data cleaning, training and communication. Design, implementation and new feature development are not included.
