Yurgosky Role(s)

Third thing

Fourth thing

Open to the public since 1935, The Frick Collection is home to art from the Renaissance to the early twentieth century —offering visitors intimate encounters with one of the world’s foremost collections of European fine and decorative arts. Recognized as one of the world’s top art history research centers, it has served students, scholars, and members of the public free of charge for generations.

Yurgosky integrated MuleSoft and created a data lake to store encompassing data and seamlessly move data between each database, and integrated Tableau for the ability to view any (and all) information about constituents and donors in a single, centralized hub.

We built a system that automatically notifies a key donor’s point of contact when they visit in-person, providing a personalized experience at the museum. The Frick is now able to do so much more personalization for emails and provide a meaningful experience for members and potential members.

  • Integrated MuleSoft to seamlessly move data between each database

  • Connected Tableau to the data lake to visualize data

  • Designed and built an integration that notifies staff when major supporters and members scan-in

Outcomes
